The cabin

SD

Mean Grandma here. Mount Rushmore was wonderful. Met the last surviving worker from when the monument was created. He was interesting. KM has a ton of facts about Mt Rushmore. She's like a tourist guide.

Reptile World was excellent. Too bad someone was afraid to touch the python. Missed opportunity. He claimed he was busy taking photos.

Now kicking back at camp. Borrowed some toys from office so I have to play badminton in a sec.

Gramps and the Potty.

Grandpa has a problem with the bathroom. He was afraid the toilet was way too small. He  got scared that he was going to get stuck in there. Don't worry he made it out ok and now I'm afraid he thinks he's going to get stuck on Pluto or Jupiter.

He scared that were going to have to call the fire department to get him out. Let's just hope it doesn't happen or that he Gets in a wormhole.

This was written by mean grandma and KM.

KM has invited me to blog about our trip to Rapid City, SD. A little about me: I am the Mean Grandma! I have lots of rules!

We drove yesterday from WI to Rapid City. Thirteen hours and everyone was great. We ate our PBJ sandwiches by 9:30 am. Jake "isn't a fan" of jelly on his sandwich. We ended up stopping at The Trumbles restaurant to eat a second lunch. The waitperson called us honey and sweetheart and spoiled Jake by giving him a bowl of pickles.

Our cabin is good but not what KM expected. We thought it would be out in the forest, not in the middle of a campground. But it is nice and we have a coyote hanging on the wall.

There is a lot of  of wrestling going on now so Mean Grandma has to start yelling. Another update after Reptile Gardens.

P.S. Gramps say to tell you that the coyote isn't alive.
